Allium Inclusive

Inclusion and accessibility at the heart of design.

I'm Greg.

I’m an inclusive designer, accessibility advocate, design anthropologist, and service designer. I work with companies to help them understand accessibility barriers, learn about the needs of disabled people, develop strategies for incorporating and scaling inclusion, and develop inclusive services.

Why "Allium"?

Allium blooms are spectacular. Enormous pink or purple globes mounted on tall, thin stalks—they catch the eye immediately.

They are one of the first large blooms to emerge in spring, signalling the end of winter and the coming of nicer weather.

Alliums are also a masterful design. They look improbably delicate, with that big sphere mounted on such a thin stalk. But they are nearly impervious to wind, which slips by the stalk and passes easily through the bloom. Long after they have faded, they add structure to the landscape. And they return year after year, providing a comforting level of constancy.
